DIMOCO Demo Webshop is operated by DIMOCO Payments GmbH, a company incorporated under FN 199901 y of the company register of the Regional Court of Wiener Neustadt, Austria, having its registered offices at Campus 21, Europaring F15/302, A-2345 Brunn am Gebirge, Austria, (“DIMOCO”) and serves as demonstration platform to display, test and experience different payment methods and payment flows that DIMOCO offers. It is designed to simulate a real-world e-commerce transaction, but it is not a functional store.
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in this unique, non-transactional environment. The core principle of this policy is simple:
You may be required to enter personal data, just like in a real e-commerce experience, however, we do not collect, process, or store any personal data you may be required to enter during the demo and test processes for any other purpose than to display the demo payment processes and execute the underlying payment transaction of minimal payment amounts for demonstration purposes.

While the DIMOCO Webshop is not actually fulfilling orders of product displayed, for demonstration purposes it may be used to trigger actual payments via the selected method to demonstrate the full payment flow and integration with third party providers. The data provided may be used in the in the execution of such live payment transactions, insofar required for its performance (e.g. name, payment related details, etc.).

In providing the DIMOCO Demo Webshop, DIMOCO and/or its payment providers may utilize a minimal number of the cookies or cookie-like technologies ensure the basic functionality of the demonstration and/or gather information on the websites use in order to improve the website, the use of which can be configured via the implemented cookie manager.

6. Recipients of Personal Data

No data will be shared with third parties or used for other purposes than displaying the DIMOCO Demo Webshop and executing the underlying demonstration of the payment process. In case actual payment transactions are performed via the DIMOCO Demo Webshop, such data necessarily required to execute a payment transaction (such as name, payment method information) will be share with the relevant third party provider of the payment infrastructure, the payee and its bank.
